With 16 years of experience in the retail industry, my professional journey encompasses expertise in management, administration, operations, and client servicing. In my most recent role as a Bank Branch Manager, I achieved success in expanding branch deposit accounts, overseeing bank operations, and providing effective coaching and training for my staff. My hands-on experience in the financial sector has afforded me a deep understanding of operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

In addition to my corporate background, I am a serial entrepreneur. I established a vegan skincare line, successfully expanding its presence to local retailers and garnering national media coverage.This entrepreneurial journey not only broadened my skill set but also fueled my passion for client service and process optimization.

Shaped by both corporate and entrepreneurial backgrounds, my skills enable me to approach client engagement with a holistic perspective, navigating the intricacies of business with a well-rounded understanding.
